FRESH out of London! New opportunity for an excellent BRAND MANAGER to join a fantastic team!
New Chapter Consulting have partnered with a brilliant Fine Wine merchant specialised in iconic French & Italian wines with plans to further grow into the new world scene.
We’re after a commercially minded Fine Wine enthusiast with experience managing producers who carries a willingness to scope new regions off the beaten track and develop lasting relationships!
Whilst this opportunity is sat within the Brand Management team, this uniquely crafted role shapes the responsibilities of buying, brand management and sales and you’ll get to work closely with some truly wonderful agencies across the new & old world.
From the outset, you’ll inherit an impressive portfolio of producers to manage and act as their Brand Ambassador and Key representative in the market. What this means is gaining an exceptional understanding about your producers, their values, their story and how to best position them in the market. You’ll work closely with the internal sales team in educating them on your brands and how to sell to their customers (Private & Trade).
Requirements / Expectations:
• Experience working in the Fine Wine Industry in a Brand & Buying position is a MUST
• Ideally worked for a business that sources directly from producers
• Attend Trade, Customer & Brand events and represent your brands
• Work closely with the internal sales team to drive innovation in your own brands
• Source new producers, manage their launch into the market
• Coordinate Producer visits with the sales teams!
