Job Description

Our client is a globally recognised Spirits business with an enviable portfolio of premium brands. Your role will be to manage existing and generate new on-trade customers in the South West UK.

Key cities include Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Somerset, Cornwall and Devon.

The ideal candidate will already have experience selling into the on trade within this area.


Responsibilities

  • Increase distribution of our portfolio and grow rate of sale within a large and diverse customer base, developing robust JBPs/JMPs
  • Differentiate their brands by creating and executing innovative in-outlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of our brands
  • Build and develop relationships with key customers and groups within your territory, becoming the go-to supplier
  • Train and educate in outlet team members to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails, delivering increase ROS

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field within the on-trade
  • Brands drinks experience and use in cocktails would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedule
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Commercially focussed
  • Existing on trade contacts in South West
  • A passion for all things spirits and cocktails
