About the company

A company offering naturally inspired skincare, body care, hair care and make up are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their global team. Their products are produced ethically and sustainably sourced and they have a global presence, with a revenue nearing £1 billion last year.

About the role

  • Managing customer relationships and sales processes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa through frequent visits to offices in other countries.
  • Responsible for the formation and implementation of effective commercial plans, leveraging promotional spend, price and product assortment.
  • Omni-channel role covering E-commerce and Bricks and Mortar stores.
  • Developing category performance through all commercial levers to optimise sales, margin, market share and efficiency.

 About you

  • The successful candidate will currently be in an International Commercial Manager/International Sales Manager position working for a global consumer brand.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and feel comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders in addition to the zone management team.
  • You will have experience of working in a high-achieving sales environment with a ‘hunter’ sales mentality.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to travel.
