We are beyond excited to be working with a legacy UK food & drink brand, as they seek a CRM Executive to join their powerhouse Customer team.

As this business continues through a time of immense digital investment and in turn, transformation, it is an incredibly exciting time to join this division, in a role which plays a pivotal part in strengthening the customer experience and overall retention – not only here in the UK, but internationally, too.

Reporting to the Head of Retention, the CRM Executive will have ownership of the end-to-end delivery of all email communication, in order to achieve commercial objectives. Through collaborative working with the wider marketing division, you will plan, develop and execute data and insights driven campaigns that fulfil business objectives in order to drive customer growth.

The CRM Executive will also work closely with a Campaign Analyst, and through a combined effort, content and campaign planning and execution will be ever evolving and customer centric. With this in mind, candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in segmentation, and will possess a “test and learn” approach to their role.

In order to be considered, candidates must have past experience in testing and reporting as well as experience using ESP tools. In addition, given this role works in close cohesion with various other functions, you must be able to manage stakeholder relationships with ease.
