Job Description

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for the implementation of the European CRM strategy with the objective to develop customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty measures. The CRM Marketing Executive is critical in delivering best-in-class direct communications for the world leading private aviation company.

 

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work in close collaboration with European marketing and sales teams along with our HQ in the USA to create and implement email and mailing campaigns that will drive new customers to the business along with promoting customer retention
  • Own the mailing & gifting calendars by constantly ensuring seamless delivery and timely deployment of campaigns
  • Manage the day to day running of our database and develops the database functionality in a way that supports the mailing campaigns
  • Understand the behaviour and preferences of our customers and uses the information to communicate effectively with them throughout the customer lifecycle and encourage customer retention
  • Deliver reporting and insights that accurately assess the delivery and performance of each campaign and provides recommendations as to improve our mailing strategies

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3/4 years minimum proven working experience with CRM marketing tools
  • Solid knowledge of CRM marketing analytics tools such as Salesforce Lightning and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with external and internal agencies, IT departments, sales team and cross functionality with people at all levels within the business
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) paired with the knowledge of one or more European languages (desired but not necessary)
  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills and attention to detail
