New Chapter Consulting are after a Customer Development Manager, to manage a portfolio of key independent on-trade accounts, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the South Coast.
This field-sales role will provide you the opportunity to collaborate with highly-exclusive, premium spirits & wine brands. You’ll focus on increasing distribution, developing strong relationships, and executing innovative in-outlet activations.
As a key essential member in the commercial team, you’ll be the go-to supplier for your region, driving visibility and developing new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, exceeding sales targets.
- Increase brand visibility and distribution through innovative activations.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with in-outlet teams to create new cocktails and perfect serves.
- Drive business performance insights and actions based on customer data.
- Seek out new business opportunities and expand your customer base.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales or a related field within the on-trade.
- Passion for alcoholic beverages, with a keen interest in premium spirits.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills.
- Entrepreneurial with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
