Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive D2C customer support, including managing warranty claims, returns, and refunds for our customers.
- Handle customer service queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring efficient and effective communication ensuring customers are valued.
- Collaborate with other departments on product queries, delivery procedures, and other ad hoc duties.
- Confidently handle E-Commerce administration, including operating Sage 200, managing telephone orders, and coordinating returns and refunds.
Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication
- Experience in a sales/customer service position
