Job Description

 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a brand’s growth and customer loyalty? We’re looking for a recent graduate to join us as a Customer Support Executive. You’ll be joining a dynamic team working for a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive D2C customer support, including managing warranty claims, returns, and refunds for our customers.
  • Handle customer service queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring efficient and effective communication ensuring customers are valued.
  • Collaborate with other departments on product queries, delivery procedures, and other ad hoc duties.
  • Confidently handle E-Commerce administration, including operating Sage 200, managing telephone orders, and coordinating returns and refunds.

Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication
  • Experience in a sales/customer service position
