Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with an incredibly delicious and luxurious food & drinks brand, as they seek an Ecommerce & Marketplace Lead to join their growing UK team.

This brand is challenging the status quo, not only when it comes to alcoholic product, but when it comes to gastronomy, too! They are private equity backed, have listings with Michelin star and fine dining restaurants, as well as prestige on-trade listings across London. They are in an incredibly exciting and unique position in the market, and now seek an Ecommerce aficionado to join them in this newly created role.

The role of Ecommerce & Marketplace Lead will initially focus on managing relationships across online grocery (Ocado for example), Amazon and Bricks & Clicks (Selfridges, etc). As well as managing these partnerships, your goal will be to develop the accounts further, generating sales and in turn, building the brands presence across prestige grocery and retail.

Given the success and further potential of this exciting brand, the Lead will then be responsible for building out the local ecommerce operation, before then focusing on European expansion online.

This role would suit an ecommerce expert from the consumer goods space, who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will be working in both a strategic and operational capacity, and candidates require the gravitas to scale this channel, while also scaling the brand.

There are industry heavyweights at the helm of the business, and as well as a chance to work alongside them for an incredibly exciting brand, my client can offer a strong overall package, as well as the chance to flex your entrepreneurial flair.
