Field Marketing Manager

This is one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry today. They’ve grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and a team of employees that strive to be their best every day and are HUGE ambassadors for this amazing business. They’re now looking for someone to join their Marketing team and this role could be the one for you!

You will be responsible for growing sales and consumption of products through field marketing in your region. You’ll spend your days working in locations and communities across your region, growing brand visibility, product availability, brand experiences and product consumption in key moments. You and your team of 2 direct reports will increase product consideration through initiatives that grow trial, availability and visibility using four key pillars of the field marketing mix. You will work closely with the sales teams in both On Trade and Off Trade as well as finding new business opportunities, impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. This isn’t your average 9-5 office job as you will be out in the field ensuring the brand is relevant and present in the right places on any day of the week and at a time when people may need it.

You will have experience of the full marketing mix and therefore have broad exposure to lots of different elements of marketing. If you have had experience within events management too, this can only be seen as a positive. You may be a Marketing Manager working for a small brand autonomously and now looking to join a larger business of you may be a Senior Brand Manager looking for your next challenge.

You need to be based in either Wales or South West England and be prepared to travel.

Salary – Up to £59,000 basic, bonus, company car, pension, healthcare etc
