Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven London Sales Manager for a leading importer and distributor of fine wine and Champagne. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing some of the most prestigious and respected producers in the wine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage existing relationships within the London market while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, using your knowledge to add value through education, events, and activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, finance, and marketing) to deliver customers’ needs and drive company growth.
- Work closely with the brand management team to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively, including hosting tastings, events, and managing promotional programs and budgets.
- Proactively communicate with brand owners and maintain strong working relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant trade sales experience within the London market.
- Established network of trade contacts within the sector.
- London Based
- Confident in approaching and securing new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with brand owners.
- Good level of wine knowledge (WSET Level 3).
