Our client is challenging, disrupting, and making a positive impact on the UK Plant-Based Landscape and have ambitious growth plans to further their success. In order to achieve this, they are growing the Grocery team and are seeking a fantastic Grocery NAM to manage 2 of their UK grocery retailers that equate to circa 20% of the total business turnover.

You will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans that help deliver against the our clients objectives, plan, negotiate and execute game changing NPD launches with sustainable long-term commercial agreements in place. You will also seek out new business opportunities alongside managing the existing accounts.

The successful candidate will have existing experience managing UK Grocery retailers and strong negotiation and commercial acumen. You may be a National Account Executive looking to step up to NAM level or an existing NAM who wants the opportunity to manage one of the most existing portfolios within the plant-based category.
