We are thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing, sustainability-focused start-up brand. They are on a mission to revolutionise household-cleaning through their innovative and eco-friendly products. They are looking to onboard an excellent Head of Growth to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel and to help kickstart their journey to becoming a household name.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our DTC channels, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities, optimise marketing campaigns, and refine customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Have P&L responsibility for webs sales- thinking innovatively to shape growth and drive sales.
- Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and reporting progress to the executive team.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Currently be in a Head of Growth/ Head of DTC position at a start-up consumer goods business.
- Have demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to drive growth strategies and decision-making.
- Have deep understanding of DTC business models, with experience in scaling brands and optimising customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
- Have some experience/ exposure to Amazon (not an essential but an advantage).
- Be a real team player who can think outside the box and bring innovative and world-class ideas to the table.

£60,000-£80,000 + benefits
