This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A passionate, energetic and dynamic company, they are looking for a Head of Human Resources for a 12 month fixed term contract to head up their HR function. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This is an autonomous position working with a high profile FMCG brand; opportunities like this are extremely rare.
As part of the Leadership team and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for heading up the HR team of 6 people. The team consist of HRBPs, Talent Manager, Payroll & Benefits Manager and a HR Assistant who each have well defined roles. This role will pick up the management and execution of the HR strategy for 2022 as well as being required to muck in and do the operational tasks as and when required. There’s a big focus on D&I and wellbeing throughout this business so experience in these areas would be great. This business are extremely people focused and this role will partner with the MD to make sure that people are at the forefront of everything they do.
To be considered for this role you must have a good level of experience within general HR and have managed teams previously. You must be prepared to be hands on as and when required whilst also having experience across employee relations, business planning, D&I, talent attraction & development and more. They’re ideally looking for someone to start early July, so this timeframe must also be achievable.
