I am currently working with a family owned and operated spirits business, as they seek a Key Account Manager to join their London Sales team. This award-winning business has a strong footprint across the local and international on & off trade, and now look for a confident and commercially savvy individual to join their sales team, to support on-trade account management across London.
With the overall responsibility of driving sales across the brands full product portfolio, the Key Account Manager will inherit a number of accounts covering the independent on-trade in the UK – with a focus on South London. While you will be working alongside a small local team of dynamic sales professionals, you will demonstrate an ability to be proactive in your approach to stakeholder management, to work independently, and to build rapport with ease, as you will be the key contact for a number of hugely commercial pub and bar accounts from day one.
You will aim to deliver a seamless and memorable brand and account experience to each of your listings, with responsibility covering:
- Maintaining existing relationships with bar managers & other hospitality staff through product trainings, tastings & brand guidance
- Increasing the visibility of the brands full portfolio relating to bar placement, drinks and food menu’s and cocktail creations, POS material visibility, etc.
- Developing and maintaining a developing customer database to track leads, enquiries, etc.
- Supporting the business’s brand team, through social media and content marketing initiatives in the on-trade
This role would suit a recent graduate, an entry level sales professional, or an existing bar/hospitality manager or AM, who has experience in the drinks space, but has a clear passion for spirits.
