My client, an award-winning UK-based wine merchant with global operations, are now looking to further expand their private client division, and to that end, seek an associate level Private Client Account Manager to join their London team.
Despite being a lean operation, my client have made waves in the wine space over the course of the last 8 years, and now have operations covering the UK, Europe, China and the US. With a strong digital presence, they consider themselves a new-age wine merchant, who offer services covering investment, storage, cellar management and B2B operations.
As the businesses client base develops further, my client seeks an account manager to join their high performing operation, to focus on private client management, and some B2B sales operations. The Private Client Account Manager will possess a clear an undeniable passion for the wine industry, and prior experience within the wine trade – either on account management, sales or hospitality.
Upon joining, you will inherit a large client book, and you will service these clients across all aspects of wine – from wine for enjoyment, through to investment. You will be a confident, clear communicator, understand the importance of reputable customer service and the client experience, and will excel in stakeholder and relationship management.
You will have constant senior exposure and various opportunities for learning and development throughout your time in the business. As well as a strong entry level base salary, you will be apart of a lucrative monthly commission structure, too.
