The Company

A globally recognized spirits company with a mix of well-known spirit brands and smaller, challenger brands. A fast-paced and motivating environment and one where genuine career progression is on offer.

The Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of On-trade BDM’s whose role is to maximise sales and brand presence by driving distribution of a range of spirit brands within their territory with new and existing stockists.

About You

  • Sales experience in the drinks industry
  • A passion for sales and managing people
  • Proven success of selling NPD or a challenger brand into the on-trade
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bags of enthusiasm
  • A full, valid driving license

You will be responsible for inspiring a team of young enthusiastic salespeople to make the best out of themselves. You will also be required to recruit new members of the team over the next 12 months.

This will be a home-based role with regular trade and team visits throughout the week, so you must be happy with traveling for work.
