Role Responsibilities

As Sales Executive – France, you will take ownership of developing and growing the brand’s footprint across the country. Your role will be varied, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, involving:

  • Supporting and growing relationships with key national accounts at the regional store level- You’ll partner with the likes of Galeries Lafayette, Leroy Merlin and Castorama.
  • Managing and developing a thriving network of independent retailers.
  • Driving business development to identify new distribution opportunities.
  • Leading store visits across France (1 week per month in the field) to ensure excellent product visibility and brand execution
  • Acting as the primary liaison between French customers and the wider European sales team
  • Providing regular insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

What We Need From You

To thrive in this role, you’ll be:

  • An experienced sales professional (2–4 years+) with a background in retail or consumer goods
  • Deeply familiar with the French retail landscape, including both key accounts and independents
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven – you’ll own your region and be trusted to grow it
  • Willing and able to travel across France
  • Fluent in French and comfortable conducting business in English
  • A holder of a valid driving licence
