Our client is a globally recognised and renowned food company with a strong heritage. They specialise in a range of food products and have a lucrative global outreach with offices all around the world. Our client operates in the grocery and foodservice channels and are therefore seeking individuals who have experience in this field. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Executive, who will join their London team. 

Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Senior Business Development Executive acts as a supporting role to the manager in areas of promotion and implementation of key trade marketing initiatives, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on sales programmes, gathering key market intelligence as well as providing support to distributors. Further responsibilities include, attending promotional events as a company representative and ensuring effective stock supply and availability across all relevant channels. 

The ideal candidate for the role will be good organiser with excellent self-discipline and someone who can work under pressure. You must be educated to degree level, know how to work in a team and be able plan your own schedule and prioritise your workload. Note that candidates will also need a full UK drivers’ licence and be prepared to work flexible hours as needs arise for certain occasions or events
