The Role:
- Visit customers across London and the rest of the UK to help solve customer queries and provide practical solutions.
- Pass on customer feedback to the internal team to help deliver and shape industry leading NPD.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Coordinate product installations, including scheduling and managing third-party engineers.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be in a Field Service Representative/ Technician position at an FMCG/ consumer goods business.
- Have a valid UK driving license.
- Have experience in the food service or hospitality.
- Be a strong relationship builder with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Have a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for sustainability.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
