Assistant Store Manager

New Chapter are thrilled to be partnering with a hugely successful wholesale business. The company is one of the biggest wholesalers in their category and have ambitious growth plans following significant financial investment.

 

The role:

Our client is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store/Branch Manager at one of their most strategic sites.

  • Manage and lead the brand and team in the absence of the Store/ Branch Manager.
  • Assist the Store/ Branch Manager in delivering on the company’s KPIs and financial targets for the branch.
  • Drive revenue through merchandising and stock positioning.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promoting a customer-centric ethos.
  • Lead a team of c.10: acting as a guide for the team!

The vision is for this role to be promoted to the Store/ Branch Manager role in 6-12 month after joining.

 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • In an Assistant Store Manager/ Supervisor position at a retailer.
  • Able to use tools such as PowerBI.
  • Reliable and supportive for the team, whilst having excellent customer service skills.
  • Ready to take the next step up in their career!
