The Role:

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing innovative brand strategies to captivate audiences and drive growth.
  • Leading the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and in-store activations.
  • Analysing consumer trends and market data to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
  • Overseeing product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Currently be in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role within a consumer goods or toy business.
  • Be both creative and analytical, with a proven ability to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies.
  • Have experience working with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Be passionate, a team player and love all things fun!
