Job Description
We are thrilled to be partnering with one of the most (if not the most!) exciting growth brand in the beauty industry. They are already a global leader in their category and are on a mission to increase their dominance in the global market. The business is centred around creativity, fairness and collaboration and they are looking for a brilliant Designer to join their team!
The Role:
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative visual solutions across various platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, and print.
- Develop and deliver engaging design concepts that align with the brand’s voice and strategy.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative insights to the table to aid with project development and marketing strategies.
- Understand and research industry trends and emerging design technologies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront for consumers.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Currently be in a Designer position at a beauty business.
- Have a degree in Design or related field, with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (both stills and motion) and Figma.
- Have demonstrated expertise in typography, layout, and design composition, with a keen eye for detail.
- Love and have a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change when needed.
- Have unrivalled communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss design concepts clearly.
