Germany Country Sales Manager

New Chapter are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful business known for distributing some of the most exciting global lifestyle brands. They have witnessed huge growth in recent years and are in the process of launching their own brand focussed on design and innovation!


About the role:

This is a new Country Sales Manager role responsible for spearheading their growing presence in the German market.

  • Commercial growth: Managing the P&L and driving profitable growth for the market whilst aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Client Management: Managing the business’ customer relationships in Germany including: Department, Mass Market and Online retailers, as well as corporate gifting clients.
  • Strategy: Leading and executing the strategy for the brand to bring their growth to the next level; driving visibility and penetration in the market.
  • Sales: Launching innovation and building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and winning new business in the market.
  • Team Development: The ability to onboard, develop and lead a high-performing and driven team as the business grows within the German market.


The company has an existing presence in German market but there is huge scalability and growth potential for the region.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Currently be in a Key Account Manager position within a Consumer Goods company, looking to take a step up.
  • Have experience working with homeware or fashion brands.
  • Have multi-channel experience within the German market.
  • Be able to work within an SME environment; creating processes and winning new business and be great and identifying future growth potential!


The company is currently at a key stage in its development and the German market will play a crucial role in unlocking a new level of growth!
