This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A young, vibrant and dynamic company, they are looking for a Head of On Trade Marketing to spearhead their On Trade division. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This role will shape the overall On Trade strategy throughout the UK market. With a team of 3 direct reports, you will develop and implement strategies, initiatives and tools to facilitate the delivery of the business plan through the independent, route to market and retail sectors. You will sit on the overall On Trade leadership team along with the Sales Director, Head of Field Sales and On Trade Channel Manager.
You must currently be working in a senior marketing role in drinks within the on-trade environment. Ideally, you will have responsibility for a team and can demonstrate successful leadership attributes. Alongside traditional marketing, it would be beneficial for you to have exposure to both Customer and Category marketing also.
