Head of Sales

We are partnering with a disruptive temperature-controlled transport provider to recruit a Head of Sales to help them achieve their rapid growth plans. They aim to transform the food distribution market through a technology-led, customer-first approach.

Your main objective as the Head of Sales will be to cultivate relationships and secure new business within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, specifically with major franchise holders. You will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, leading, expanding, and coaching the sales team, as well as holding them accountable for meeting performance targets.

We are looking for an ambitious person with a proven track record of successfully selling logistics solutions to national accounts in the food distribution/restaurant sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a leadership role in a fast-growing business that values its employees.
