Key Account Manager

Supporting a plant-based food brand to drive business within their foodservice channel as Key Account Manager.

With a vision to be become one of the major plant-based players in Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact in the growth of the brand in the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: This is a new business development focused role where you will be responsible for unlocking their plant-based portfolio within foodservice accounts.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on account status, sales activities, and market trends.



  • +3 years experience in the plant-based food space
  • Strong understanding of foodservice distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
