Job Description
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager for a 12-month contract to join a leading global FMCG company, dedicated to launching products that improve everyday health.
As a National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of key retail accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with major customers, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and drive category growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, category management) to ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional plans with major accounts.
- Monitor account performance, providing regular reporting and analysis on sales, margins, and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar sales role within FMCG/Consumer.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of retail environments.
