Performance Marketing Manager


One of the market leaders in the baby/nursery space, this business have a great reputation and a product offering to match. They’re a global business and have 6 offices worldwide. They’re an extremely innovative business and have a loyal following of consumers who are massive brand ambassadors. They now want someone to come in and join their ECommerce marketing team.

The Performance Marketing Manager will primarily focus on driving long and short-term growth through new customer acquisition and retention. This role will plan, implement, and optimize, regional and local digital performance marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels with a specific focus on Amazon and Amazon Search.

You must understand Amazon ads and have the ability to run them in house. A good knowledge of Amazon as a whole is paramount too. If you have experience of Google search this would be advantageous as would exposure to Paid Social.

For the right candidate, there can be some flexibility on location and you’d be expected to be in their northern office a couple of times a fortnight.
