Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our client to build out the on trade in Milan, Italy. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding their presence within the luxury on-trade sector in Milan and throughout Italy. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for premium spirits and a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury on-trade segment in Milan and across Italy.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including bars, restaurants, hotels, and other premium establishments to drive brand visibility and sales.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  4. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the product and future SKUs including its history, production process, and unique flavor profile, to effectively communicate its value proposition to customers.
  5. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and tastings for staff at partner establishments to enhance product knowledge and ensure a premium customer experience.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  7. Events and Promotions: Coordinate and participate in events, tastings, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and drive sales.



  1. Proven track record in sales within the luxury on-trade sector, preferably within the spirits industry.
  2. Strong network of contacts within the Milan hospitality scene and the broader Italian on-trade market.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  5. Passion for premium spirits and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
