Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts in London. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of the brand and contribute to their mission of becoming a leader in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the overall business objectives, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market share.
  2. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  3. Key Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen the brand’s presence in the London market.
  4. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the brand’s reach and penetration in the market.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to track performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall business goals.
  7. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners, to secure favorable terms and agreements.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the alcohol or beverage industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the London market and a network of contacts within the industry.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a competitive market.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decision-making.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the beverage industry.
