Key Responsibilities:

  • As the European & UK Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales to achieve and exceed annual targets within the assigned territory and accounts. Your strategic acumen will be essential in expanding the customer base while fostering enduring relationships with customers and consumers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and consumers.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay informed about category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Propose and deliver the yearly business plan for your region with support from distributors.
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of yearly business plans and budgets.
  • Work with the marketing team and distributors to execute effective in-market strategies and brand building.
  • Monitor and analyze P&L for your region, managing risks and seizing opportunities to meet or surpass budgets.
  • Report on factors influencing tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners in the supply chain, building relationships and implementing best practices.
  • Build close relationships with the distillery team.
  • Collaborate with customer service and production teams to enhance operational processes and overall business involvement.



  • Integrity and a creative, self-motivated mindset with strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to identify biased or inaccurate data.
  • Spatial reasoning skills beneficial for logistics, supply chain, production, and product considerations.
  • Experience in managing customers and distributors at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience working with premium brands.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic plans from conception to successful execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate product/service distinctiveness and position against competitors.
