Head of Sales
Are you currently a Sales Controller/ Senior NAM/ Channel Controller looking to step up? Are you a motivational leader? Are you passionate about premium and sustainable products?
We are so excited to be partnering with a leading premium consumer goods brand committed to bringing products centred on quality, design, and sustainability to the market.
About the role:
- Channel Management: Manage all of the business’ retail channels in the UK including: Department, High Street, DIY and Online accounts.
- People Management:Â Line manager for the sales team of 5 including Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
- Strategy:Â Lead and execute original and cutting-edge strategy for the brand to bring their growth to the next level, driving their visibility and penetration in the market.
The brand is well-established within the UK and the company is looking for someone passionate and driven to grow their presence to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be:
- In a Sales Controller, Senior National Account Manager or Channel Controller position at a Consumer Goods company.
- Educated to degree level.
- Ambitious, passionate, and proactive, with a results-driven approach to work.
- An inspirational leader with a motivational approach.
This role will play a crucial part in unlocking the next level of growth for the business!
Salary: £70k-£80k + benefits
Location: Oxfordshire, Hybrid (1 day WFH)
